Coca de llanda thermomix

This month, the hostess is Veronica, from the blog Cocinando con mis cachorritos who has proposed us to prepare a sweet dough recipe, that is to say any dessert of our gastronomy that involves the use of fresh yeast #aquíamasahastaelgatoTS.
We are going to bake it at 180º for about 20 minutes. When there are five minutes left to finish baking, carefully open the oven and sprinkle the aniseed on top. Let it finish baking and let it cool on a rack.

Coca de vidre thermomix

We have made the dough in the Thermomix, but it can be done in the same way manually. We introduce the water and the milk and we mix with the yeast, then we incorporate the flour, the salt and the spoonful of oil.
We knead until we get a dough that does not stick to the fingers (depending on the flour used, it accepts an amount of liquid), we make a ball and let it rest until it doubles its volume. We have left it for about an hour.
We have let it cook for about 15 minutes approximately, just out of the oven we sprinkle the aniseed to taste, the aroma it gives off at that moment already gives you an idea of how the cocas de vidre are going to be, and we let them cool on a rack.

Coca de forner recepta

This coca brings back very good childhood memories, when we used to go to the bakery and as I am not very fond of sweets my mother used to buy me a portion of this coca for a snack, crunchy and slightly sweet on the outside and with the contrast of bread flavor on the inside. I loved it.
I confess that when they proposed a baker in the challenge I was a little nervous, because the subject of dough gives me a lot of respect, I have never prepared sourdough or anything that requires long kneading. All my experience in bread basically comes from the Thermomix.
