La quinta justa olot

Situado en un bello entorno natural, La Deu fue fundado en 1885 y es uno de los restaurantes más antiguos de la región. Hoy en día lo regenta la misma familia que lo inauguró hace casi 130 años con el mismo compromiso con los principios que han sido sus pilares durante más de un siglo: buen servicio, comida de calidad y cocina tradicional a precios razonables.
Ya en 1943, la familia ideó la receta de las patatas Bretcha, hoy base de las patatas rellenas caseras de La Deu, que han sido fuente de inspiración para las múltiples versiones de las antiguas patatas de Olot.
Hoy en día, La Deu está dirigida por la cuarta y quinta generación de la familia Reixach, conservando el legado de la tradición e incorporando toques innovadores como refleja su carta. El equipo de La Deu es un apasionado de la cocina y del cuidado de sus comensales a través de sus platos. Sirven fundamentalmente cocina clásica mediterránea y volcánica basada en ingredientes de origen local y con elementos inspirados en la cocina creativa.
