This point is located in the Parking Indigo Juzgados, it is accessible 24 hours a day and the recharges have a cost of 1€ to start the recharge and 0.25€/kWh. The maximum duration of the reservation is 2 hours.
Check that the LED of the point is illuminated GREEN (or BLUE if it has been previously reserved by you). Have the corresponding end of the recharging cable connected to the vehicle. To start the session, press the «Charge» button on the APP or swipe your RFID card through the point’s card reader, located below the screen.
To end the session, press the «End recharge» button on the APP or hold your RFID card near the point’s card reader for at least 3 seconds. The message «Disconnect socket» will be displayed and the LED will change to GREEN. To disconnect the cable, pull it out. Once the point end of the cable is disconnected, disconnect the vehicle end of the cable.

El activo tiene una superficie de casi 20.000 m2, en los que se distribuyen un total de 500 plazas de aparcamiento, de las cuales 450 se han transaccionado con la operación, y las 50 restantes seguirán siendo propiedad de Ibercaja.
Nick Wride, director de Activos Alternativos de JLL, afirma que esta operación «es un ejemplo del gran interés que existe por invertir en activos inmobiliarios alternativos en España, un mercado con un enorme recorrido que seguirá aumentando a gran velocidad en los próximos años.»
