Anna Ortiz has just published her first book Mi luz and has taken the opportunity to talk about it with her husband on Instagram. It is curious because they have done it in the same house but from different rooms and Iniesta warns before starting the particular interview: “Do not draw conclusions from my work as an interviewer”.
It is a diary of life in which he shows his most personal side. A work full of intimacy, special moments and a lot of learning. In the book, she draws strength to tell one of the hardest experiences of her life, when in 2014, she lost her son after eight months of pregnancy.
Husband and wife have a deep and touching chat talking about the book and how she has been inspired to write it and even Iniesta wanted to contribute his point of view in this process: “I have lived the whole process at your side and I hope that everyone reads it, likes it and that they draw their own assessments.  I am convinced that there are many people who will feel identified and I hope they like what they read”.

On May 21, Anna Ortiz, Andrés Iniesta’s wife, announced through her Instagram account a project she had been working on for a long time and this Thursday has finally seen the light. The footballer has been in charge of interviewing the Catalan about his first book ‘My Light’ through a live that they have made through social networks.
“Do not draw conclusions from my work as an interviewer,” joked the legendary FC Barcelona player. “Finally, after a few months, you have your book with you and I think the question that interests everyone is why you decided to write a book,” he started.
“I explain very personal experiences and I hope that the people who read it feel identified with it. I talk about losses or traveling as far as we did here in Japan. I hope that my words can help people who identify with what I have experienced. In short, I have explained my life, from my origins to the present day”, concluded the writer in this very special interview”, she insisted.

He’s ‘the quiet man’, she can’t stop still. Footballer Andrés Iniesta and designer Anna Ortiz talk about fashion, family and love from Japan, the country where they have been living since the summer of 2018.
It’s one o’clock in the afternoon in Spain, eight o’clock in Japan, when we connect via Zoom with Andrés Iniesta (Fuentealbilla, 37 years old) and his wife, Anna Ortiz (Vilassar de Mar, 34 years old). They attend us from the living room of their home in Kobe to talk about their common fashion project: the sneaker brand Mikakus.
“For years I had been thinking of doing something with ‘bambas’. Mikakus was born, the brand was consolidated, Anna joined the team and we worked together on the image level and she also in the product department. For now I don’t design,” Andrés jokes. “He has given me advice. There where you see him, he gets in front of the camera and does phenomenal. I’m more shy. The sneaker world is very complex and I love being involved in the whole process, from design to the launch of new models,” adds Anna.
