Nos alojamos en los hoteles Alda cuando podemos, y solemos estar contentos. Esta vez nos tocó una habitación estupenda, por lo que estuvimos muy contentos con la habitación. Sin embargo, el personal parece muy poco profesional, ya que no hablan inglés, sino que se limitan a responder con un breve “sí” o “no” (cuando se pregunta por el desayuno, etc.). Mejor al menos sonreír y tratar de explicar.. Recomendaría que el hotel se preocupara de dar a su personal clases básicas de inglés para que puedan comunicarse con los huéspedes.

The Energy Museum of Ponferrada organizes this September the cycle of scientific dissemination ‘Science on the Way’, with five stops in as many cities of the various routes of the Jacobean Route, such as León, Astorga, Ponferrada, O Barco de Valdeorras and Santiago de Compostela.
The face-to-face sessions will take place on Thursdays in September at 7 p.m. and will last approximately 45 minutes. Admission will be free and free until full capacity is reached in each of the locations.
This Thursday the first session of ‘Science on the Road’ will take place in the Gordón Ordás Hall of the El Albéitar building of the University of León (ULE). With the title ‘The mirage of the majority’, the mathematician and professor of Languages and Computer Systems at the University of La Rioja Eduardo Saenz de Cabezon will be the speaker who will start this cycle.
